
Case Study: Street Parking Vault
When Street Parking kicked off their 2024 Vault challenge, they wanted a teaser that felt just as epic as the 25-week fitness journey ahead. So for the fourth year in a row, they teamed up with Motion Marks to bring the concept to life—this time, with a full-on pirate adventure.
The idea? Turn the Vault into a high-seas expedition, where each week’s workout is another wave to conquer. We built a full CG pirate city, a weathered ship, and a massive open ocean, then sent it all into motion with an FPV-style camera flythrough. And of course, no pirate journey is complete without a Kraken—our stand-in for the toughest challenges the community would face.
The final result? A cinematic teaser that gets the crew fired up and sets the tone for the grind ahead. Our favorite Vault drop yet.

What We Made
A full 3D animated teaser – Built entirely in CG, this cinematic piece brought the Vault 2024 challenge to life with sweeping camera moves, dynamic environments, and epic storytelling.
Custom pirate world – From a gritty coastal city to a hand-modeled ship and a stormy ocean expanse, every element was crafted to feel immersive and intense.
Creature feature – A towering Kraken (because, obviously) served as a metaphor for the hardest workouts ahead—massive, intimidating, and unforgettable.
FPV-inspired camera work – We used an animated drone-style camera to fly through scenes seamlessly, giving the whole thing energy, flow, and a sense of scale.
How It Turned Out
This was Street Parking’s fourth Vault teaser—but it’s safe to say it was their boldest yet. The pirate theme fired up the community, and the visuals helped set the tone for the months of grit and grind ahead.
Across social, the teaser became an instant hit—fueling excitement, strengthening brand identity, and giving the challenge a serious cinematic edge.
